Lecture Notes of Giancarlo "Mr. Dream" Zurzolo, containing a number of effects with cards, many with special cards (double face, svengali, etc) and some interesting gimmicks. The book also contains a gimmicked card for a version of the ace assembly. Giancarlo sent me the notes last year but I didn't get until my recent visit to Italy.
