Third volume of the Davenport's family story, continuing from where the first finished and up to date. It covers mostly the activies to Gilly but it has much information about other magicians and the UK magic scene from the last 70 years. While the book is interesting and present many information that were otherwise unknown, it is sometimes "dry", especially in the early years and the dealing with other dealers. The pace picks up from the late seventies and the book becomes more interesting. It is very interesting to learn the story of this family, and many events are now clear.
