Interesting book collecting all episodes in Emilio Salgari's production dealing with magic, the supernatural and ghosts, by an historian of Salgari. It is particularly interesting to me to learn that Salgari had tested Annie Abbott and written about her, has described the Indian basket trick and that he was familiar with the black magician Wandohobb which he mentions a number of times. I collaborated with Mr. Pozzo providing some information about Wandohobb and I'm thanked in the book. The book is very good, as Salgari was a great storyteller and all the stories are quite short but very interesting.
