Interesting biography of Carl Rosini written during his lifetime, with the explanation of some of his effects. Some of these are particularly clever and very practical (the card stab, the coin through sleeve and the card impaled). Very good also the way he could get another applause for the assistant (page 55). Interesting is that there is no mention of Paul Rosini at all.
