From John Fisher's auction, lot 42. This booklet is no longer available and Osterlind is currently publishing a "perfected" CT. However, the material in here is very good. The booklet comes with an envelope with some slips of paper to practice. In addition to the CT, Osterlind explains a very simple billet switch and 3 routines (one using Hoy's book test). Interesting and well written.
