Draft of Mauro's lecture notes on commercial close-up at restaurants and parties. It contains a number of very interesting suggestions, not all original (well, most are plain common sense... like "get well dressed"), but well laid out and explained carefully. The notes are also up-to-date and suitable for the Italian market. He talks about money, how to secure a job, how to advertise oneself, how to approach tables, etc. Very good for beginners but I, too, found some interesting ideas I hadn't considered.
