Marco's Comments:
More theory than practice, and a number of phylosophical essays on the performance of commercial magic. The most interesting parts of the books are analysis on how to keep a full deck stack (for a memorized deck) while jazzing with it and how to improvise magic around "The Trick that Cannot be Explained". Well, this is all nice and good to keep the performer's amused and ready to show magic, but I don't think these reflections apply to professional, paid performances. Some effects are scattered through the book, and three or four are quite good (marked in my copy), but the book is a slight delusion.
