Excellent booklet which describes the correct use of the "boon", the kind of swami gimmick invented by the late Eric Mason. It has been reprinted recently, this is why it's the second edition. Some routines and, especially, a number of methods and ideas on how to use the tool, some of which I could have never discovered myself. A very good booklet.
