This is a collection of the best tricks manufactured by Jack Hughes and published in three volumes in the 1990s by Derek Lever. This book - with a price tag on the cover, £150! - was presented as a gift to the attendees of FISM 2012 in Blackpool, organised by Lever, and was widely criticised in the magic press for the tawdryness of the operation. However, Hughes' tricks are interesting and the descriptions of the apparatus are useful to collectors. It is possible to build some of the tricks, that are all either illusions or stage effects.
