Marco's Comments:
Commented reprint of seven classical texts about cheating, cozenage, gambling and sleight-of-hand from the Elizabethan era. This book contains R. Green's text which first describes the trick of separated cards coming together and the only reprint of the first bool in the English language entirely dedicated to magic, "The Art of Juggling" by Samuel Rid. A very interesting book, with a very good analysis of the subject in that historical period.
