From John Fisher's auction, lot 42. Telephone test where the magician devines a selected name (from a freely selected column in a "Hoy"-ed page) and three cards (why?). The method isn't that great (Hoy, force of cards, 5 "keys") and it seems a little convoluted to me. The book still has the card to get performance rights, but doesn't have the deck of cards it come with (but this is not necessary, as today's technology has moved on from the eighties'). The trick was then re-released in a set of 500 copies.
