Not bad. It describes in somewhat more detail some of Houdini's effects and some moments of his life and tries to tie the handcuff king to the world of secret services. While this is a possibility, no real proof is offered (finding "HH" in Melville's diary doesn't necessarily mean Houdini was working for him). Well researched, but one has the impression the authors were forced to leave much out to keep the book in a manageable size.
