This is the description of the "cards race" effect then improved (simplified) by Nick Trost. This method is very interesting, as it relies on a complex stack and provides entertainement, when picture cards move a "horse" two places forward, something Nick Trost eliminated from the routine. This double-increment is very interesting as it allows a shorter race. However, the race is here in 9 steps rather than Trost's 5 and so longer. However, it is worth trying.
