The book has a small tear on the cover and first pages. The covers are standard paper. There is a second volume of this book, more difficult to find on its own (it's usually sold as a set with this one). Some interesting effects, amongst which a clever bullet catch. Very good stories and excellent tips/ideas for a number of effects. One of the best "bizarre magic" books I've read. The story of the dragon is great for an impromptu bizarre session.
