Autobiography of Devant, the English master conjurer, quite interesting. It contains a second part on the history of magic lifted from the Clarke's "Annuals". For historical purposes the appendixes (Devant's scripts for his sketches and a list of programmes) are quite valuable. This copy is from the Leslie C. Smith collection, lot 68. The dustjacket is torn but it's wrapped in protective paper.
