From Bobby Bernard's auction (12/06/2008 - Bloomsbury) - lot 533. Strange pamphlet with a number of presentations and gags on a number of Supreme's tricks (but also Abbott's and classic trick). I suspect it may have been written by Val Andrews and Edwin from Supreme. The cover is missing, the title is actually the title of the first gag.
