From John Fisher's auction, lot 42. What a strange book! This is Eddie Joseph's "Premonition" down to the tile, only that George Armstrong claimed paternity. The book itself is soiled on the cover and has a cellotape mark where it was closed for "exclusivity", otherwise the explanation is very clear and coincise. Matter is that G. Armstrong would then publish this trick as Eddie Joseph's... I don't know the story behind this attribution.
